Codex Usage Tracker
Content updated: Sep 15, 2026
Direct answer
The AI Quota Radar usage tracker turns your Codex /status output into a persistent dashboard: 5-hour and weekly remaining quota, live reset countdowns, banked resets, quota trends and an automatic burn rate. Everything is parsed and stored locally in your browser — no OpenAI login, no uploads.
How tracking works
Run /status in Codex, copy the output and paste it into the tracker. Each paste saves a local snapshot; after two or more checks the tracker computes your burn rate from the quota delta over time and shows trends like 72% → 51% → 28%.
Private by default
Your /status data never leaves your device. Parsing happens in your browser and snapshots live in localStorage. Clearing browser data removes everything. Never paste API keys, passwords or tokens — only the plain /status text.
